This course will help you understand the need for good HR systems and what are the problems that you can face in the absence of HR systems and processes. The course then explains the 7 plus 1 HR processes essential for making your company competitive as far as employee experience is concerned.

It then covers the need for formal organisation structure and design and how to set it up for a company utilising the 4 best practices which ensure that the organisational structure is effective and efficient. The course also teaches you a step by step process of setting up an Organisation structure for a company.

The course then identifies the need for setting up the Bands and Grades structure, the advantages of having a formal Grades and Band structure and then introduces a step by step process of setting up the grades and band structure for an organisation.

The course then covers the need for formal HR policies and how they can help in the efficient running of an organisation. The course then covers the 12 essential policies that one need to have in a company.

How long does the course last? so how much work needs to be put in by individual each week? Is it all sent to you and can do it when you like?

Hi Louise a. The course will take you about an hour to 90 mins to complete. b. You can spend 15-20 minutes a day to go through the lessons and spend another 15-20 mins to see how the learning can be applied to a live environment in an organisation. So about 3 hours for the week to complete the course would be adequate. c. You can complete the course as per your convenience as all material is on the platform
